Delete a workflow

You can delete workflows if they contain errors or are no longer needed.

1. Go to Configuration > System Preferences > Workflow Configuration.
2. Click Actions of the entry you would like to delete.
3. Select Delete. A confirmation message appears.
4. Click OK to delete the workflow entry or click Cancel to discard the action without making any changes.

Note: Open requests that are operating under the workflow you've deleted are not affected by the deletion. However, when the next step in the fulfillment of these orders occur, the order's status is not updated because of the workflow deletion.
